What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with budgeting and purchasing, including processing orders and invoices.
  • Maintain schedules, meeting notes, and IT documentation.
  • Support website updates and create graphics, posters, and publications using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Perform basic video editing and assist with content creation.
  • Help manage inventory records and coordinate vendor communication.
  • Provide light IT support, such as user account updates and software purchases.
