Senior Building Maintenance Assistant	09172026SBMAHVAC	Senior Building Maintenance Asst. *Full-time, 8.0 hrs/day* M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm Starting as soon as possible Minimum Starting Rate: $23.99/hr Experience with HVAC preferred Benefits provided include paid leave time, paid holidays, NY State retirement, health/dental insurance options.
Custodian	09102026Custodian	CUSTODIAN Full-time Monday- Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm Starting ASAP Benefits provided include paid leave time, paid holidays, NY State retirement, health/dental insurance options Starting rate $17.35/hour, with $.75/hr differential paid for hours worked between 3:00 pm and before 6:00 am. The night supervising custodian will be paid an additional stipend of $1,100.
